| Stanford Renaissance Design Impact Award:
This award is given on an annual basis at the Lincoln County Chamber
Banquet. The committee set forth the following criteria that the award
will be consistently based upon:

Business follows criteria listed in Design Committee's function statement:
To strive in getting Main Street to its original appearance utilizing and
following the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation; To
capitalize on its best assets and historic buildings; To create an inviting
atmosphere through window displays, parking areas, signs, sidewalks, streetlights,
and landscaping.

The business has complied with historic preservation design guidelines
as set forth by the Stanford ARB.

The business has enhanced the historical integrity of the downtown community.

The business has made a difference in economic well-being of the Renaissance
Area.

The business completed its renovations within year that award is being
given.
